Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, launched the Online Employee Transfer Randomisation Portal (ETRS) of the Department of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Assam. The innovative, end-to-end digital platform developed by NIC aims to ensure fairness, transparency & efficiency in employee transfers through rule-based processes and seed-based randomisation, making transfer outcomes transparent, auditable & reproducible.
